Chishti Holdings is a Karachi-based Pakistani conglomerate with a diversified presence across packaging, oil marketing, healthcare, medical education and financial services. With group annual revenue of more than USD 150 million and a workforce of around 3,000 people, it has grown into one of the city's well-established business houses while remaining a family-led enterprise rooted in long-term thinking.
The group's roots reach back to 1955 with the founding of Chishti Box Factory, a pioneering corrugated-packaging manufacturer. From that industrial base the family expanded into oil marketing — acquiring Admore Gas in 2014 and forming a landmark joint venture with global energy major Puma Energy — and made long-term commitments to healthcare and education through Darul Sehat Hospital and the Liaquat College of Medicine & Dentistry, and to capital markets through Shajar Capital.
Today the group's companies touch the daily lives of Pakistanis — packaging the nation's goods, fuelling its vehicles, treating its patients, training its doctors and dentists, and connecting investors to its capital markets.

Our Businesses
A portfolio spanning the essentials of a modern economy — packaging, energy, health, learning and finance.
The group's founding business, established in 1955. A pioneer and market leader in Pakistan's packaging industry, CBF manufactures corrugated cartons and printed packaging from its plant in the F.B. Industrial Area, Karachi. Decades on, it remains a preferred supplier to the printing and packaging industry, known for quality, flexography and reliable service.
After the group acquired Admore Gas in 2014, global energy company Puma Energy took a 51% stake in 2017 to form Puma Energy Pakistan — a leading independent oil marketing company. It operates a network of 563 retail sites, 145 non-fuel outlets, two oil terminals and over 12,000 m³ of storage, supplying fuel and lubricants nationwide.
A multidisciplinary tertiary-care teaching hospital in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi. It offers integrated medical units, modern diagnostics and quality clinical care, and serves as a principal teaching site for the group's medical and nursing students — combining patient care with the training of future clinicians.
An accredited (PM&DC / PMC-recognised) institution awarding degrees in MBBS, BDS, postgraduate and nursing programmes. Students train at attached teaching hospitals — including Darul Sehat Hospital — gaining the hands-on clinical experience that prepares Pakistan's next generation of doctors, dentists and nurses.
A full-service financial brokerage and corporate member of the Pakistan Stock Exchange and Pakistan Mercantile Exchange. A leading player in equity, fixed-income and money-market business, Shajar Capital is consistently ranked among the top brokerage houses in the country.
Across its companies the group invests in the communities it serves — through accessible healthcare, scholarships and clinical training, free-treatment funds for disadvantaged patients, and philanthropic contributions to national and welfare causes.
Our Founder
Chishti Holdings traces its roots to one entrepreneur's belief in quality, reliability and long-term thinking.
Chishti Holdings began with the vision of Wali Uddin Chishti, who founded Chishti Box Factory in Karachi in 1955. Starting from a single corrugated-packaging enterprise, he built a business defined by craftsmanship, reliability and service — the values that would come to define the family's work for generations.
From that first packaging plant grew a diversified enterprise now spanning packaging, energy, healthcare, medical education and financial services, employing thousands of people across Pakistan. His enduring emphasis on quality, integrity and patient, long-term thinking continues to guide every company under Chishti Holdings today.
